Under 40 Days Left For Early Registration 

There are now under 40 days left till the close of Early Registration for the Official IGLFA 2009 Gay Soccer World Championships!!  Have you made your plans yet?

With fewer than 40 days left, the 2009 Tournament Committee has been busy reaching out to men's and women's gay football (soccer) clubs and IGLFA referees all over the world.  There is tremendous interest in this tournament and we want to make sure that we can plan accordingly and accommodate anyone who wishes to attend.  Now is the best time to take advantage of those early registration rates.

Registration Fees are $120USD until Jan. 31, 2009.  On Feb 1, 2009, the registration fee will rise to $140USD.

The great deal to be had during the early registration period is Team Registration.  Team Registration is $1800USD for an 18 person roster - or $100USD per registered team player.  A team can register a full roster now even without having all the players filled in.

So Much to See In Washington DC!  

There is so much to see and do in Washington DC.  As we welcome President Barack Obama into the White House, we want to welcome all of the IGLFA to come and experience what a great city Washington DC is!

One of the best things about DC is the vibrant and diverse culture of the city.  Don't just believe us, watch the Video! Some of the top museums (The Smithsonians) in the world are located in DC - and almost all of the museums in DC are FREE!

Washington isn't just about museums, though.  There are hundreds of great restaurants in Washington, and a very vibrant GLBT Nightlife! It's also an extremely easy city to get around in with a world class transit system.

And, in a year when budgets are tight, it's good to know that Washington DC is NOT in Mercer's list of the top expensive cities in the world.
